The restaurant is named after Misaki harbor, a harbor on the southern tip of Miura peninsula that is known for the massive amounts of tuna it sees daily. We source our fish from all over the world, with our tuna coming from the Marshall Islands, our scallops from Hokkaido, our hamachi from Wakayama, and our Japanese red snapper from Kyushu, not to mention the many other types of fish we sell. Here at Misaki, we are committed to serving customers fish of the highest possible quality here in Denver, and that has been our mission since we first opened our doors. We hope that you join us in that mission, as we strive to serve the people of Colorado the food made with the freshest ingredients, while keeping our atmosphere as close as possible to authentic Japanese restaurants.
